this year for christmas my dad was feeling especially generous and bought us two gifts. first he bought us a new macbook, which has become justin’s school computer (lucky him!) and secondly he bought us a neti pot.

a neti pot is the way that indian people clean out their noses and sinuses and it works like so:

i know, i know, it looks disgusting. trust me, when i was watching the instructional video i was like “there’s no way, there is NO. WAY.” and then i tried it, and now i’m hooked. i mean, listen to the list of potential health benefits as outlined by the instructional video: smell things better, hear better, taste things better, sleep better, less headaches, no more sinus infections, no more allergies, and BRAIN COOLING. i highly recommend it.
